Shipping

Orders are printed on demand so allow up to 5 business days before receiving a tracking link. 

US orders should be delivered within 2-7 days of being shipped. All US orders will include a tracking link from either USPS or FedEx. International orders should be delivered within 7-25 days of being shipped. International orders are shipped via APC International. Please reach out for expedited shipping costs.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied by the products you receive please submit a photo and a short description of the issue via our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. In the case that your order has not arrived after 30 days since being placed we can assume it was lost in transit and process a refund/replacement at your request. 

If a claim is not submitted within 45 days of placing your order refunds will be at the shop’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal offers protection for both the buyer and seller. If you have an issue with your order please contact Light Red before submitting a claim through PayPal.
